Enjoy art activities\, music and performances on the stage\, and food. \nATTEND\nSchool groups\, home-schooled children\, and adult groups are also welcome to attend and participate. \nRegister to attend the event here. \nART BOOTHS\nWe are looking for arts organizations\, local businesses\, volunteer groups\, and individuals to volunteer your time hosting one of the make-and-take-art activities for the day.  Come up with your own activity or ask us for guidance. \nRegister to volunteer at an art booth here. \nPERFORMANCES\nWe also need performers for the stage for 30-45 minute kid-friendly acts. \nRegister to perform on the stage here. \nIf you have any questions about the event\, contact Art Spark Texas at 512-454-9912 or info@artsparktx.org. \n  \n \n

DESCRIPTION:Join our Monthly Drum Circle\, led by Mary Oliver of Spirit Rhythms on the last Saturday of each month from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Mary focuses on her passion for drumming as a tool for nurturing others toward self-expression\, spirituality\, and wellness. DESCRIPTION:The 2023 Art Spark Texas Artists of the Year Awards nominations are now open! Nominating categories include: \n\nSpark Award\nLynn Marie Johnson Media Arts Award\nGloria Bond Creative Aging Award\nHaven Street-Allen Artist of the Year\n\nThe award ceremony will take place in Austin in September 2023. We support all winners with their travel costs to come to the event. Nominations are now open and they are due no later than April 30\, 2023. We will announce the winners in June 2023. \nAll artists with a disability of all disciplines* who live or work in Texas are eligible\, ages 16 and up.
