DESCRIPTION:Mettler-based dance improvisation explores the roots of movement expression\, which makes dance available to everyone. Improvisation is used to awaken creativity and engage the whole person. This workshop is open for all levels of experience. \nLead by Karenne Koo\, a dance artist committed to developing and practicing multi-disciplinary approaches to encourage and stimulate the art of inclusive dance as an instrument for building community. Class happens from 1 to 3.30pm CT.\nIn this series\, our goal is expanding the knowledge and understanding in the field of integrated dance. \nWe will look for the technique that will support the refinement of improvisation\, the development of physical qualities\, listening and self-awareness that will resonate with the joy of development. Each week you will add to your own handmade book as a record of your written and visual growth. \nYou watch a video and create the art on your own time.
