SUMMARY:Body Shift Winter Dance Jam
DESCRIPTION:In place of our regularly scheduled Elements class we will have a Winter Dance Jam. We will start with a guided warm-up to lead us into open dancing with and without music. \nThe jam is Saturday\, December 14th from 2:30-4:30pm at the Townlake YMCA. The dance jam is facilitated by Tanya Winters. \nSaturday\, December 14th from 2:30-4:30pm at the Townlake YMCA in the large group exercise room on the first floor. Adults (age 18 and up) of all abilities are encouraged to attend. Some experience with movement/dance improvisation or contact improvisation is best. No membership required.
