10th Annual Holiday Art And Gift Show

Art Spark Texas invites all artists with disabilities living in Texas to submit artwork to our annual Holiday Show. There is no entry fee and 2D and 3D works in all media are eligible, including CDs, literary works, visual art, and crafts. US International Council on Disability Poster Contest

Deadline: October 15, 2018

USICD invites you to showcase your artistic talent and commitment to disability rights and inclusion by participating in the inaugural USICD Poster Contest. This poster contest helps us to raise awareness about international disability rights issues. The winner will receive $300.00, a USICD swag bag filled with USICD merchandise and their poster featured during the annual USICD Gala to celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities and other 2018-2019 events. Harlem Hell-Fighters of WWI Art Exhibit

Deadline: October 20, 2019

Submissions are being taken for a celebration of the famous WWI heroic regiment known as the Harlem Hell-fighters. Artwork should cover subject matters dealing with the history of the Harlem Hell-fighters. Artists are encouraged to submit their artwork that depicts the heroes in the form of two dimensional art that can be displayed on easels.

The exhibit will be held at the City of Austin, TX City Hall Atrium, 301 W. 2nd Street, Austin, TX 78701 from November 5, - November 16, 2018.

The exhibit is sponsored by the City Of Austin, the Veterans Suicide Prevention Channel/AVAFEST, Art Spark Texas and in coalition with several other Travis County organizations. Curated by April Sullivan, Artworks Director for Art Spark Texas.
